रात 11:47 बजे। Phone में 14 YouTube tutorials open। सब English में। Presenter बोल रहा है "just use ElevenLabs and CapCut" — accent ऐसा कि आधे words समझ नहीं आ रहे। तीसरी बार rewind किया, फिर भी settings वाला panel अपने laptop पर वैसा दिखा ही नहीं। Tab बंद किया। सोचा — "रहने दे यार, मेरे से नहीं होगा।"

यही वो moment है जहां 90% Hindi creators रुक जाते हैं। Channel शुरू करने का irada था, AI tools का नाम सुना था, पर workflow जोड़ नहीं पाये।

ये numbers देखकर excited मत हो जाओ। Excitement की जगह यह समझो — game बदल चुका है। पहले YouTuber बनने के लिए camera, mic, light, editing software, English fluency — सब चाहिए था। आज? एक phone और सही AI stack काफी है। पर सही stack कौन सा है — यही असली सवाल है।

और एक बात पहले clear कर देता हूं — channel monetize होने में 6 से 12 महीने minimum लगते हैं (1000 subscribers + 4000 watch hours). कोई गारंटी नहीं। यह article तुम्हें time बचाना सिखायेगा, पैसा कमाना नहीं।

Hindi creator का असली problem (जो English tutorials नहीं समझते)

corporatethalam.com ने अपनी Zoya report में एक line लिखी जो stuck रही:

"Indian creators are adapting English tools, which is a disadvantage."

यह advantage-disadvantage वाली बात गहरी है। English tutorials में जब कोई "natural prompt" लिखता है, उसकी thinking English में होती है — "make this more conversational and add a hook." Tum वही prompt copy-paste करोगे, output भी English-ish Hindi में आयेगा। फिर तुम कहोगे "AI से Hindi script अच्छी नहीं बनती।"

Galat. AI से Hindi script अच्छी बनती है — पर तुम्हें Hindi में सोचकर prompt देना आना चाहिए। यह skill English tutorial नहीं सिखायेगा। Hindi books सिखाती हैं। इसी पर वापस आयेंगे।

7-Step AI Workflow — पूरा end-to-end

मैं जो stack नीचे लिख रहा हूं, यह 2026 की reality है। हर step में मैंने दो options दिये — free और paid। दोनों में काम चलता है, बस time-vs-money trade-off है।

Step 1 — Idea और Niche choose karna (ChatGPT या Claude)

पहली गलती जो लोग करते हैं — "AI क्या topic बना दे" पूछ लेते हैं। AI random list थमा देता है। तुम कोई एक pick कर लेते हो। तीन हफ्ते बाद motivation खत्म।

सही approach — AI से conversation करो, list नहीं माँगो।

Prompt: "मेरा background ये है [बताओ]। मुझे जो सच में interest है वो ये है [बताओ]। YouTube में मुझे एक niche choose करनी है जो (1) मेरे interest से match हो (2) Hindi audience की need हो (3) कम से कम 100 videos का scope हो। 5 niche suggest कर, हर एक के साथ बता क्यों यह मेरे लिए fit है।"

फिर top 2 niches pick करके 30-din का content calendar AI से draft करवाओ। यह "thinking partner" वाला use ChatGPT/Claude में सबसे मज़बूत है।

Cost: ChatGPT free tier काफी है शुरू में। बाद में ChatGPT Plus ₹1,650/month या Claude Pro ₹1,650/month.

Step 2 — Script writing

यह वो step है जहां सबसे ज़्यादा time बचता है। एक 8-minute video का script manually लिखने में 3-4 घंटे लगते थे। AI से 20 minute में first draft, 40 minute editing — done.

Janamana 2026 guide में एक sharp observation थी:

"Faceless channel scripts have a specific shape: short hook, structured body, payoff. Both Claude and ChatGPT have learned that shape and produce drafts that need light editing rather than complete rewrites."

Format जो काम करता है:

  • Hook (10 seconds): एक specific scene या contradiction
  • Promise (5 seconds): "इस video में तुम्हें ये 3 चीज़ें मिलेंगी"

  • Payoff (30 seconds): Recap + next video pe le jane wala question

Prompt देते वक्त AI को यह shape बताओ। Generic "script likh do" मत कहो।

Step 3 — Voiceover (यहीं असली game है)

तीन options हैं Hindi voiceover के लिए। तीनों try करके बता रहा हूं — कोई perfect नहीं, सब में trade-off है।

Beginner के लिए: 80% Pexels + 20% Canva graphics से 90% videos cover हो जाती हैं। Runway/Midjourney तब आते हैं जब unique visual चाहिए जो stock में नहीं मिलेगा।

Step 5 — Thumbnail

Thumbnail पर ज़्यादातर लोग सोते हैं। Truth — thumbnail तुम्हारे video का 70% CTR decide करता है।

Workflow:

  1. ChatGPT से 10 title variations निकलवाओ — हर एक में emotional hook
  2. Top 3 titles pick करो जिनमें curiosity + clarity दोनों हों
  3. Canva में 3 thumbnail variants बनाओ (Canva में AI image gen + templates ready हैं)
  4. A/B test: YouTube Studio में अब native thumbnail testing आता है — use it

Beginner mistake: thumbnail में 5 चीज़ें ठूँस देना। Rule — एक face/object + 2-4 बड़े words. बस।

Step 6 — Editing + Captions

CapCut. End of debate.

CapCut का Hindi auto-caption feature 2026 में सबसे accurate है (Adobe Premiere Hindi भी अब आता है पर paid + heavy). Mobile पर भी CapCut काम करता है — कोई laptop ज़रूरी नहीं।
