Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18 or older to hold an account, or, if you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order on Vyaktigatvikas.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on Vyaktigatvikas.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments through secure payment gateways.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Some features are offered as a paid subscription. Where we offer a trial (currently ₹1 for 3 days), the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription that renews automatically at the then-current price (currently ₹149/month, ₹399/quarter, or ₹999/year, depending on the plan you choose) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices and billing periods may change from time to time — the exact renewal price, billing period, and trial terms in effect for you are always shown to you at the point of purchase, and that is what governs.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, provide a refund for the current billing period. How you cancel depends on where you subscribed (see "In-App Purchases" below).

In-App Purchases and Billing

• iOS (Apple App Store): purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple's terms and refund process apply to these purchases.
• Android (Google Play): purchases and subscriptions are billed by Google Play Billing. Manage or cancel them in your Google Play subscriptions. Google's terms and refund process apply to these purchases.
• Web and physical books: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details.

User-Generated Content and Community Conduct

The Service lets you create and share content — for example, articles in Lekhak, audio stories, community posts, comments, and profile details. You keep ownership of what you create, but you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as part of running the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, spammy, or otherwise harmful. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Within the app you can report or block other users and content, and we review reports and take action where appropriate.

To keep the community safe, we may moderate, filter, or remove content at our discretion.

Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders on the same day, and standard shipping typically takes 3-5 days for delivery. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy for damaged or unmatched products. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed instructions on initiating a return. Refunds for digital subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on Vyaktigatvikas.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trendy Buddy (OPC) Private Limited and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Account Termination and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Privacy & Data → "Delete account"). We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Deleting your account stops future access; some records (such as orders, payments, and tax records) may be retained in de-identified form as described in our Privacy Policy. Certain terms (such as intellectual property, payment obligations, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service and its content are provided for personal-growth and informational purposes and are offered on an "as is" basis. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
