Digital detox ka matlab phone hamesha ke liye chhodna nahi hai — yeh practical nahi. Yeh ek structured break hai — 24 ghante hafte mein, ya 2 ghante roz, jab aap consciously phone se door ho. Cal Newport ne 'Digital Minimalism' (2019) mein concept dia — phone aur social media tools hain, master nahi. Average Indian smartphone user 5-6 ghante roz phone pe spend karta hai (DataReportal 2024). Yani saal mein 1800+ ghante. Yeh time vapas nahi aata.
