🤔 Karma Yoga Kya Hai?
Karma yoga Bhagavad Gita ka mool sandesh hai — 'karmanyevaadhikaaraste maa phaleshu kadachan'. Tum apne karm ka adhikari ho, fal ka nahi. Iska matlab 'kaam mat karo' nahi hai (jaisa kuch log galat samjhte hain), aur na hi 'sirf haath se physical kaam karo' (yeh bhi galat hai). Karma yoga ka asli matlab hai — har action ko itni totality se karna ki 'main' (ego) usme dissolve ho jaaye, aur 'kya milega' ki chinta drop ho jaaye.
Krishna ne Arjun ko Gita mein yahi sikhaaya — yudh kar, kyonki yeh tera kshatriya-dharm hai. Lekin yudh ko 'jeetna chahta hoon' ya 'haarne ka dar' — yeh expectations chhod de. Result Krishna ke haath mein hai, action tere haath mein. Mahatma Gandhi ne 'Anaasakti Yoga' likha — Gita ki ek pure karma-yoga interpretation. Swami Vivekananda ne 'Karma Yoga' book likhi — usme bataya ki karma yog sirf saint-sanyasi ke liye nahi, har grihastha (householder) ke liye hai.
Lekin honest baat — karma yog modern India mein sabse galat samjha gaya concept hai. 'Karm karo, fal ki chinta mat karo' ko log lazy banne ka excuse banate hain. 'Sab kuch karma hai' bol ke responsibility drop karte hain. 'Result mere haath mein nahi hai' bol ke effort skip karte hain. Yeh karma yog nahi hai. Asli karma yog mein effort 100% hota hai — bas usme 'main' aur 'mujhe milega' wali identity dissolve hoti hai.
