Stigma kyun zyada hai? "Maa banna toh life ki sabse khushi ki baat hai" — yeh narrative har taraf hai. Sweets distribute hote hain, naam-karan hota hai, sab "blessed" wala message dete hain. Lekin actual maa thaki hui hai, hormones crash mein hain, neend nahi hai, body mein dard hai, bachhe ki responsibility overwhelming lag rahi hai. Postpartum depression ke symptoms — delivery ke baad 1 saal tak kabhi bhi shuru ho sakti hai:
