🤔 Nature Therapy Kya Hai?
Nature therapy ka matlab — nature ke saath conscious time spend karna mental aur physical health ke liye. Japanese 'shinrin-yoku' (forest bathing), Western 'ecotherapy', Indian traditional 'van-vihar' aur 'tapasya in forests' — sab cultures ne yeh samjha hai ki nature ke beech hum reset hote hain. Modern research ne yeh confirm kiya — nature exposure cortisol drop, BP normalize, immune cells (NK cells) boost, depression reduce, focus improve karta hai.
India urbanization tezi se ho rahi hai. Delhi-NCR mein per capita green space WHO recommendation se 70% kam hai. Mumbai mein literally koi public park nahi as we walk. Bangalore (once Garden City) ke 70% peds 2 dashakon mein cut ho gaye hain.
