🤔 Stoicism Kya Hai?
Stoicism ka matlab 'emotionless hone' ya 'sab kuch chup-chap sehna' nahi hai. Yeh ek 2000 saal purani Greek-Roman philosophy hai jiska core message ek hi hai — 'duniya ki cheezein mein jo aapke control mein hai (apni soch, apni action, apni response), uss pe focus karo. Jo aapke control mein nahi hai (doosre log, weather, traffic, economy), us pe energy waste mat karo.'

Seneca — rich philosopher, ameer hote hue bhi minimalist life jeeta tha, Nero ka teacher tha. Epictetus — slave banke paida hua, leg disability, par 'Discourses' aur 'Enchiridion' aaj bhi sabse practical self-help kitabein hain.
India mein Stoicism ki demand badh rahi hai kyunki hamari life mein 'control illusion' bohot hai. Hum sochte hain apne future ko control kar sakte hain — career, marriage, kids ki padhai, parents ki health, business growth. Reality yeh hai ki 90% cheezein control mein nahi hain. Stoicism iss reality ko accept karne ka practice deta hai — bina depression ke, bina nihilism ke.
Naval Ravikant, Tim Ferriss, Ryan Holiday — yeh sab modern thinkers Stoicism ko popularise kar rahe hain. Ryan ki kitab 'The Obstacle Is the Way' aur 'The Daily Stoic' duniya bhar mein bestseller hain. Indian audience ke liye yeh philosophy interesting hai kyunki yahan ka original Gita aur Yoga Sutra bhi similar messages dete hain — par Stoicism ka language modern, secular, aur practical hai.
