🤔 Vipassana Experience Kya Hai?
Vipassana ek Pali shabd hai — iska matlab 'cheezon ko jaisi hain waise dekhna'. Yeh Gautam Buddha ki original dhyaan sadhana hai, jo 2500 saal pehle India se loop ho gayi thi, aur Burma (Myanmar) mein preserve rahi. S.N. Goenkaji ne 1969 mein isse India wapas laaya, aur aaj 200+ Vipassana centers India mein hain — Igatpuri (Maharashtra, mool center), Hyderabad, Jaipur, Bodh Gaya, Dhamma Sindhu (Gujarat), aur ek-ek state mein 4-5 centers.
10-day course ka structure clear hai — 10 din complete silence (na bol sakte, na phone, na writing, na reading), subah 4 baje uthna, 10+ ghante baith ke dhyaan, simple veg khaana (sirf 2 meals, sham ko fruit/tea), aur Goenkaji ki recorded talks shaam ko. Pehle 3 din Anapana (saans dekhna) seekhaate hain, fir 7 din Vipassana proper — shareer ki sensations ko 'equanimity' ke saath dekhna. Sab kuch free hai — sirf paying-students-of-old-students ke donations se chalta hai. Centers world-class hain, food clean, bed simple.
Lekin yeh 'spa retreat' nahi hai. Yeh sabse intense mental work hai jo aap kar sakte ho. Pehle 3-4 din physical pain (10+ ghante baithna), 5th-6th day mein emotional release (purane traumas, bachpan ki yaadein), aur 8-9 din mein gehre level ka silence-anubhav. Iss chat room mein hum vipassana karke aaye log apne real anubhav share karte hain — bina filter, bina marketing.
